Yehudi Menuhin School – Summer School 2026

‘We are delighted to share that, following a highly successful inaugural year, the Yehudi Menuhin School in Cobham, Surrey, will host its Summer School again, this time expanded to offer two courses:  

• Course 1: 20–25 July 
  For violin, viola, cello, harp, piano and composition 
   
• Course 2: 27 July–1 August 
  For violin, viola, cello, double bass, classical guitar, piano and composition 

The courses are open to young musicians aged 11–16 who have reached Grade 5 level (ABRSM or equivalent), or who are studying composition.  

Led by our own highly experienced staff, the programme includes instrumental tuition, chamber music, orchestra, choir, workshops and concerts, offering students a rich and inspiring musical experience. We are also excited to offer an introduction to conducting as a new optional area of study this year.  

Residential and non-residential places are available.’
