OMH Grant Programme 2026/27
The Octagon Music Hub (OMH) Grant Programme 2026/27 is now closed for applications.
This annual programme supports organisations across Dorset and Somerset to deliver high-quality music education for children and young people. Grants are awarded to projects that expand access, improve progression and sustained engagement, and strengthen inclusive, equitable provision across the region.
Funded activity typically focuses on:
- Increasing access to music education, particularly in underserved communities and geographic cold spots
- Supporting progression pathways and long-term musical participation
- Developing inclusive practice and workforce capacity
- Enhancing early years and post-16 opportunities, including creative career pathways
- Strengthening partnerships and collaboration across the music education sector
Through this programme, OMH aims to build a more connected, sustainable and inclusive music education ecosystem for children and young people across Dorset and Somerset.
