School Music Teachers – Invitation to take part in PHD Research

Ailsa Critten, a first-year PhD researcher at Northumbria University is exploring how UK museum collections of musical instruments could support school music education.
Responses are currently being collected for two short surveys – one for primary music teachers and one for secondary music teachers – with a focus on reaching participants across England.

Secondary music teacher survey: https://app.onlinesurveys.jisc.ac.uk/s/northumbria/secondary-music-teacher-survey
Both surveys are anonymous, take around 10 minutes to complete, and are open to any school music teachers currently working in England. Findings will be shared with participants on request.
‘Please get in touch if you have any questions or would like any further information. Thank you so much for your time and support.’
