Join Jack’s Music Club – a place to play, create and connect

Fridays, 4:30 – 5:30pm

Term Time at Jackdaws Music Education Trust

Are you a young musician looking for a fun, social way to make music with others? Jack’s Music Club is open to musicians of any ability who want to play together in groups and ensembles, try new ideas and build their musical skills week by week.

Sessions are designed to be welcoming, creative and challenging, helping young people grow in confidence while enjoying music as a shared experience.

Learn from inspiring musicians

Jack’s Music Club runs five sessions each half term, led by Kate Adams, Jack’s regular club leader, alongside a rotating programme of visiting musicians drawn from Jackdaws’ weekend course leaders.

Kate brings a rich background in theatre and music and has worked with Jackdaws Music Education Trust for nearly ten years. Alongside her, young musicians also get the chance to work with professional performers and guest tutors from Jackdaws’ renowned weekend courses. You can explore the range of visiting musicians and instruments on offer here:

This means young people have regular access to world-class musicians, representing a wide range of instruments and musical styles — an inspiring opportunity to learn, listen and make music together every Friday.

Who is it for?

Jack’s Music Club is open to 10–17 year olds and is ideal for:
